"JAG Token" refers to the utility token used within the Hey! Jag ecosystem for certain transactions, incentives, or rewards associated with using or providing services on the Platform.
"Content" refers to any text, images, graphics, videos, audio, software, data, or other materials that may be displayed, accessed, or made available through Hey! Jag's services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party or permit any unauthorized person to access or use your Account. You are solely responsible for any activities or actions that occur under your Account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.
You agree to notify Hey! Jag immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security related to your Account. Hey! Jag will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security requirements or any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

c. Termination and Suspension of Accounts

Jag reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to or use of your Account and any Services, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or nonpayment of fees. Upon termination, suspension, or restriction of your Account, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease.
You may also choose to terminate your Account at any time by contacting Hey! Jag customer support and requesting account termination. Upon termination of your Account, all information associated with your Account may be deleted, and you will not have access to any Services that require an Account.
Termination of your Account, whether by you or Hey! Jag, does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities arising under these Terms, including payment of any outstanding fees or charges, and any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, shall continue in effect after termination.

Food Delivery Service (Hey! Jag Drive and Hey! Jag Food)
Vehicle Standards: All vehicles used for JAG Ride and Jag JAG Food services must meet specific safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards as determined by Hey! Vehicles should be registered, insured, and undergo regular inspections to ensure they are in good working condition and provide a comfortable and safe ride for passengers.
Driver Requirements: Drivers for Jag Ride and Jag Food must meet certain eligibility criteria, which may include age, driving experience, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. Additionally, drivers may be required to pass a background check and complete a training program to ensure they meet Hey! Jag's standards for professionalism, safety, and customer service.
Passenger Safety and Conduct: Passengers using Jag Ride and Jag Food services are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards their drivers and fellow passengers. Any unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the ride and potential suspension or ban from the platform. Passengers are encouraged to report any safety concerns or incidents to Hey! Jag's customer support for prompt investigation and resolution.
Food Handling and Safety Standards: Hey! JAG, its gig-workers, and merchant partners are committed to maintaining high food safety and handling standards. All parties involved in the preparation, handling, and delivery of food and grocery items must adhere to applicable local regulations and best practices to ensure the quality and safety of products delivered to users.
Delivery Times and Restrictions: Delivery times may vary based on factors such as order volume, merchant availability, and distance. While Hey! JAG strives to provide timely deliveries, it does not guarantee specific delivery times. Users should be aware of any delivery restrictions or requirements in their area, such as building access or designated delivery zones.
Order Cancellations and Modifications: Users may cancel or modify orders within a specified time frame, as determined by Hey! JAG and its merchant partners. Cancellation or modification requests made after the specified time frame may be subject to fees or may not be accommodated.

Harassing, threatening, or causing harm to other users, gig-workers, or merchant partners. Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the platform or its services, including hacking, spamming, or other malicious activities.
Violating any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of Hey! JAG, its partners, or third parties.
Using the platform or its services to support or facilitate any prohibited or illegal activities.
c. Consequences of Violations
Hey! JAG reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of the Acceptable Use Policy or engagement in restricted or prohibited activities. Such actions may include, but are not limited to, suspending or terminating a user's account, removing or disabling access to content, reporting violations to law enforcement, or pursuing legal remedies.

b. Hey! JAG Termination Rights
Hey! JAG reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate users' access to and use of the platform and its services, in whole or in part, without prior notice or liability, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to a user's breach of these terms and conditions, violations of applicable laws or regulations, or engaging in prohibited activities. Miscelaneous
Severability
If any provision of these terms of use/services and terms & conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these terms and conditions, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, as if the severed provision had never been part of the agreement.
b. Waiver
No waiver by Hey!
